      In this workshop we teach you to create your own reintegration schedule. You will also receive guidance in building your mental condition.

        Week structure;
        Balancing effort, relaxation and energy sources by psychologist Marieke van der Kooi

        In this workshop we guide you in creating your own week structure to create insight in realistic time and energy management. This guidance will be finetuned towards your phase of recovery.

          Grief & Loss;
          Getting a handle on the grieving process by psychologist NIP Cindy Neijenhuis

          In this workshop you will learn to create a solid footing in a situation of loss, so that you have more direction and grip in this process. In this way you learn that grieving and rebuilding go hand in hand and you learn to strengthen self-care in a situation of loss.

            Dealing with symptoms of your loved one after life altering event;
            Building resilience and recovery together by NIP psychologist dr. Sharon Galor

            The workshop is designed for our clients and their partners. In this workshop we will consider the impact of (PTSD) symptoms on the partner/family and the role of the family for recovery. Furthermore, we will focus on dealing with conflict, strengthening relationships within the family and the importance of self-care. Note: The workshop consists of two parts: the second part always takes place the following week and starts at the same time.
            A minimum of 3 registrations is required for this workshop otherwise the workshop will be cancelled. If this is the case, you will be notified by email and will be registered for the next available date.
