For clients of Balans & Impuls; during a personal training course.
Together you know more than alone and ‘sharing the burden’ gives a sense of relief. That is why we present you with the opportunity to join online workshops during your personal training course in a group between 5 and 8 people. It could be pleasant to receive support from others in a similar situation besides your sessions with your psychologist. The workshops aim to improve the capacity regarding your mental condition. You will be presented with the opportunity to learn from each other where you decide if/what you (do not) want to share. Please use the form below to enrol yourself in a maximum of 2 workshops of your choice. We recommend you participate in workshops after you second or third session with your psychologist. A workshop has a duration of approximately 2 hours and each workshop will replace 1 regular session of your personal training course.
Do note that the workshops are predominantly given in Dutch.
